THE PRESSWOOD POLICY

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply email us the problem within one week after the event, if we can not satisfy your request, full payment on the product / service that you ordered / performed will be returned to you within 7days.

DJ Events
Client shall ensure that: (A) DJ is provided with a sturdy, covered 6' or 8' DJ table within 25' of a 3 prong grounded electrical outlet; (B) the place of engagement is open and available to the DJ at least one (1) hour before the scheduled starting time; (C) the place of engagement meets all state and federal safety regulations; (D) for all outdoor performances, unless waived by the DJ, a tent or similar overhead protective covering must be provided to prevent damage to the DJ's equipment in the event of adverse weather conditions; (E) reasonable steps will be taken to protect the DJ and his equipment & music collection from any type of abuse, theft or damage resulting from this booking. In the unlikely event of circumstances deemed by the DJ to present a real or implied threat of harm to the DJ's equipment, music or person, the DJ reserves the right to cease performance until the Client has resolved the threatening situation. (F) The DJ reserves the right to deny any guest access to the DJ's music and/or equipment.

DJ shall ensure that: (A) he/she has any and all necessary music licenses and performance permits; (B) he/she will comply with all federal, provincial, and local laws and ordinances, as well as AVLA rules, regulations, and policies; (C) he/she will cease performance immediately upon direction of law enforcement authorities, or Client; (D) he/she will remove all personal equipment and property from the performance site within one (1) hour following the end of the performance or such reasonable time agreed by the parties.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of the engagement by the client for any reason shall result in forfeiture of any deposit not to exceed $100.00 or payment of $100.00 as liquidated damages, whichever is higher. A client canceling the engagement by telephone must also verify that cancellation in writing (via dated mail /email or FAX).
