Your Dance-a-thon Package Includes:
1. Student pledge-lopes:

- Ideal for money collection
- Double-sided: pledge card and information letter to parents
2. Full colour posters and CD morning announcements
3. Checklists and scheduling assistance booklet
4. Bracelets for all participants
5. 4.5 hours of Interactive dj host (not including breaks or lunch),
licensed music (AVLA) and all sound and lighting equipment (Video dance-a-thon - Optional)
6. Presswood will host on-line money collection. www.pledge.me
*Lighting is only effective in darkened gyms – if room has a lot of windows, lighting effects will be minimal.

The Host School Will:
1. Supply Presswood with number of students and pledge-lope approval
2. Collect and tabulating pledge money
3. Send payment to Presswood within two weeks of event
3. Provide a darkened gym (covering windows if necessary).
4. Supervise students during the dance-a-thon and arrange for non-participating students
